After quite a long while, today I played badminton in our apartment’s play area.
It has been locked for over a month and only recently has it been partially opened to the members.
It was, of course, a new experience, playing while wearing a mask, But I felt like I was sweating it out for the game, to enhance my motor and cognitive skills, which I really enjoyed.
Much grateful to the association that lifted the ban on using the play area.
