The other day, I was having a conversation with some fellow entrepreneurs in my state of Kerala and some startup ecosystem enablers on the Clubhouse platform. Since Clubhouse was launched on the Android platform there has been a flood of recent users on it.
The conversation stretched to about two hours and there was a guy who seems quite excited about startup entrepreneurs, the journey of startups, and he was eagerly asking questions, and trying to understand how we all built our enterprises from time to time.
At the end when the moderator asked the person to introduce himself he told us that he had just completed his 12th standard and was on a break. He was thinking about what to do along with some computer programming.
I was stunned with that information because when I was in the 12th standard, 13 years back, we never had such a platform. We didn’t have enough entrepreneurs or ecosystem enablers available for direct communication, and the opportunity that kid received in 2021, especially during this lockdown period, is that he was directly asking questions to the founders of some of the finest and most successful organizations in the country.
I told him that the time you were born and evolved as a student is the best time ever in the history of mankind, keeping aside the Covid-19 pandemic. All these online platforms on which people are actively participating are great sources of information and knowledge sharing possibility.
I am extending my gratitude to this Point in Time because ultimately being in right place at right time is what brings us success is what I believe.
