There are mainly two kinds of leaders. Those who become a leader because his or her ancestors were leaders. Be it in politics, cinema, business or entrepreneurship, in all aspects of life there will be leaders like that. I respect them, because, at the end of the day, their capacity to become a leader and to remain intact as a leader is tested.
On the other hand, there is another kind of leader, you can call them first-generation leaders. Their parents were not leaders, they may not have any kind of hereditary track of leadership in any particular domain but like the Sun they arise from nothing and give light to the whole world which is their own fraternity.
Our generation is quite lucky to witness the rise of many such first-generation leaders in various domains like politics, arts, business, and others. They’ve made themselves a leader from nothingness, literally from scratch.
For all the inspiration they have shared with us, I’m gratefully remembering the first generation leaders of today, in all walks of our lives.
