One of the hacks I found recently was the art of using darkness to recharge ourselves.
It’s very simple. Whenever you feel low, non-productive, directionless, or non-creative, find a dark room or dark corner of a room which is silent and sit there for 20 minutes.
You don’t need to meditate, or pray, or even have thoughts, but just be yourself, be calm. Slowly, the darkness and silence you experience there will bring you back the energy or the vision or the drive you missed on your way…
When I tried this out it worked phenomenally for me. You could also try this method to recharge and enhance your living experience.
