I’m sure more than 90% of the people reading this want or need a change in their lives.
It’s a fundamental fact that the life we experience is a result of our routines and habits, and we have already discussed it in this series in posts like the titles “Break pattern” and “Habit loop”.
In order to bring change, we need to disrupt the system and one of the finest tools of disruption in this context is travel.
If we continue our lives at the same place with same people, it won’t work. That’s where travel comes in.
Just travel to places, to people, to perceptions, to experiences, and to wider exposures. We will certainly be able to crack the nut and bring about the change we desire…
I still remember a professor in my college who forcefully sent me to go travel for a couple of weeks since he felt that I needed to take a break from the usual patterns and bring a change in my path. Such professors are quite rare, I’m sure.
It worked and affected my life in a big manner. And I’m still a fan of this wonderful tool.
