When we implement a new system or policy or resource in an organisation, or even life, it is evident that its success rate is totally dependent on how much we can leverage that particular resource towards the larger goal of the organisation or life.
If we find that the system, policy, or resource which we have brought in is not giving us the desired result then we can understand that we were not strict enough in implementing the change we brought in with that particular system, policy, or resource.
