I think, like me, maybe many of you must know that most Vitamin D in our body comes from the Sun, that the Sun is the source of Vitamin D. Then that idea is not right.
The other day while I was having a discussion with a friend of mine who’s a health expert on the impact of the lockdown on the human body and social life, we happened to discuss Vitamin D.
My friend corrected me and said that “Vitamin D is produced by your body in response to sunlight.” Which means it’s not coming from anywhere 🙂
Like many things, this vitamin is a very crucial one for our immunity, mental health, for our heart, weight loss, etc.
Today I’m so grateful to my friend who corrected me when I was wrong about the way in which Vitamin D is generated in our body.
