Like any treasure hunt, or like in many games, we need timely breakthroughs in order to get the success we chase.
This is one such story. In the early years, CAT like any startup was struggling to close deals with large corporations. Once we closed a sale with a prominent corporate infrastructure brand in our state. It was a fair deal.
There was a correspondent of a leading newspaper who mainly writes about startups and entrepreneurs. Somehow he came to know about the deal and he personally called me to verify the facts.
He took a short quote of mine and it was printed in their business column the next day. In the following days, many companies started enquiring about us and some of these led to further business as well.
So in the journey in which we constantly chase success we need breakthroughs time to time. Today I happened to notice this old newspaper report and recalled the moment.
