I was having a discussion with an entrepreneur quite senior to me who has always been an inspiration. We were discussing the matrices that make products or services successful.
He shared a very simple but sensible perspective with me that there are two kinds of businesses/organisations or products/services that succeed.
Either it’s a unique one, or a generic solution that can be implemented at a very large scale.
In short, uniqueness or massiveness is what makes the difference!
