day190 – Delegate

March 10, 2021August 1, 2021 by Amarnath

One of the most important managerial skills a person can have to manage their personal and professional life is delegation.

The ability to delegate is a critical quality, to find the most suitable person for a particular task, and assign that task to him or her, and complete that task in a way that favours the big picture or the common goal of an organization or family is very significant.

People who have made a big difference in the world have always been master delegators.

When we interact with people who have made such a difference they always recommend that we must believe in our gut and assign that particular mission to somebody and expect that he/she is going to make mistakes. It’s a continuous refining process which also makes us better leaders, to mentor a particular individual or team in such a way that they make themselves better and finish the task in the way we want to accomplish the common goal.

Today I am extending my gratitude to some of the master delegators I have come across in my life.
