A master offered a very simple but wonderful perspective which we need to consider, through which we should filter the events of our life every day. He was talking about the banyan tree.
The seed of the banyan tree has the potential to grow deep-rooted and flourish into a giant, to expand in a much greater way compared to other trees. But it is equally important to plant that seed in proper soil.
If we sow that seed over a rock or in a pot the environment we create would stifle its actual potential to grow even though the seed is capable of becoming a gigantic banyan tree.
We all are born with various aspects that are like the seeds of the banyan and we must continuously check and make sure that we provide our seeds with the best environment in order to get the best results out of them.
