I used to have orange juice for breakfast for many years, a routine that later changed because of the change in my lifestyle. Orange still remains one of my favourite fruits, though.
There are times when I go to juice shops and ask for the menu and they say they have this and that, and I finally end up choosing orange. In fact, among all other fruits, orange makes me feel the most refreshed.
Orange is water-rich fruit and has fantastic fiber which protects our gut effectively and is a great provider of Vitamin C which boosts immunity. It has antioxidant effects and is good for your health as well as your skin. There are a lot of benefits in this beautiful tempting fruit.
Even when I hear the word orange it’s the fruit that pops up in my mind before the colour. I just had an orange juice, and thought I should thank this simple but beneficial fruit for all the experiences it has provided me and humankind.
