When we learn about the evolution of urban life and the connectivity established between communities across geographical locations, when we think of the way the world and people are connected now, in terms of physical dimensions like roads, we see that there were always some incredible people who were willing to form connections between places.
A couple of hundred years back, ways, paths between some locations were secluded, they were not known to everyone, and for the well being of that particular area, those people were willing to show up or share their knowledge about these pathways which made connectivity possible.
Today I am driving with one of my friends to a hill station in the Western Ghats (Southern India) on roadways and I was aware that there used to be some tribal people who helped people in the valleys find pathways to the hills. In the history of humans across the world there have always been people like that who are willing to show up and share their knowledge of pathways with other communities to establish physical connectivities across the world.
Today I am extending my gratitude to these incredible human beings who became the reason for connecting physical geographical locations through pathways which eventually turned into the highways and roadways that we have today.
